Job Description:

  • Statutory compliance – Ensure & Monitor Statutory compliances are maintained under all
    applicable labor enactments at Site Level including timely communications for obtaining
    new/renewal/amendment of Licenses/Certificates/WC Policies etc.
  • Attend Client Statutory Audits and ensure smooth closure of Audits in consultation with HO Team
  • Conduct Internal Statutory Audits across All the Projects
  • Supervision of Labor Camps and resolve the grievances/issues
  • Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met
  • Work closely with Site Team & HO Team to review all departmental policies for smooth settlement of compliance issues
  • MIS Reports – Prepare and submit MIS Reports to Head Office
  • Effective Coordination, Management and support during the emergency
    events at Projects.

Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years
Education: MPM/MBA in HR OR MSW
